The Sunny Set was born out of our love of entertaining in a casual and impromptu style. We love all things beautiful for our home, kitchen and garden and thought we would start this journey by showing you how we use the things we love, the way we style our life, how we serve delicious food and drink to our guests and most importantly, how we host!
We know hosting can be a daunting thought for some people.
But we really do believe that everyone can do it!
Given the right pieces and a few tips even the most reticent host can create a style that they are comfortable with that they can roll out time and time again. After all, your friends and family are here to spend time with you, not for a five star experience! We want to arm you with items that will give you confidence in what you can do! We hope that our enthusiasm will be contagious and make you want to have a go at some of our ideas yourselves. So let us help you up your entertaining game, all this can be achieved just by having some great accessories and serveware that will elevate even a takeaway supper! We want you to be able to say ‘Come on over!’.

We are Holly & Andy Heggadon!
We have been working in lifestyle retail, interior design, hospitality and catering for the past 18 years. We recently relocated our whole family from the Sussex coast to the wilds of Exmoor to start a new life that allows us the time to be together. We have three generations all under one roof and we all love design, hunting out amazing products and most of all a party! Sometimes we have as much fun planning it all as we do hosting and attending. Friends for the weekend, big dinner parties, birthday blowout bashes, inventive kids parties are all our idea of heaven. If only we could train the children to love doing the washing up!
