Shipping to UK addresses

It is our aim that all orders will leave us within 3 working days of being placed. If you have any delivery preferences, then please let us know at the checkout.  Items will be sent via Royal Mail or a 3-5 day courier service. However, if you require a faster delivery service please contact us hello@thesunnyset.co.uk prior to placing your order and we will be happy to get quotes from courier companies and give you some pricing options.

Any delivery dates given are approximate and late delivery will not be an acceptable reason for refusing products. The Sunny Set always aims to deliver when promised but sometimes these things are beyond our control. 

Overseas Shipping

We hope that one day we will be able to offer standardised overseas shipping, however if you would like to have something shipped to you outside of the UK then please email us before placing an order at hello@thesunnyset.co.uk so that we can look into what options might be available. Please note; you may be liable for local import duties and customs charges on the arrival of the goods in your country, this is not something that we are able to cover or arrange the payment of. 

Packaging

Whilst it may not be the most beautiful parcel to land on your doorstep we believe in reusing packaging wherever possible. We will ensure that all parcels are well wrapped and protected.

Returns & Exchanges

We would like you to be over the moon with your purchase, but if you decide that the product you purchased is not quite right, no longer needed or you simply wish to return it, that’s ok! We accept returns for a refund providing the product is unused, in perfect resalable condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt. 

Please notify us that you would like to return your item within 14 days of purchase by email at hello@thesunnyset.co.uk including details of the item. You will need to provide us with your order number and receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure that any returns are in adequate packaging to ensure their safe return and that you retain your proof of postage. We suggest insuring any returns for their full value in case of loss or damage in transit.

Returned items will be reimbursed at the full purchase price upon arrival at our address.  We are unable to offer a refund of postage costs. After 21 days have passed we regret that we are unable to offer you a refund. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) eg any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.   

Returns procedure in a nutshell! 

    • Please notify us that you wish to return an item within 14 days of purchase. We will reply to you with a returns address and further instructions of how to ensure your item arrives with us safely.

    • Please clearly mark the package ‘Returns’. The parcel will need to reach us within 21 days of your original purchase to be eligible for a full refund.

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping on the original order will not be included in your refund. If you are shipping an item with a value of over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing additional shipping insurance.

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund or, in the unlikely event that there are any issues with your return, what your options are.

    • When approved, your refund will be processed, and a reimbursement will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 working days.

Damaged or faulty Products

We are happy to replace any damaged products that are received. Please ensure the item(s) are available for collection and please provide photos of any damaged products and/or packaging. Please always sign for any damaged deliveries as UNCHECKED or DAMAGED. If you receive a defective item please contact us immediately on hello@sunnyset.co.uk and we will sort out what to do! Please do not attempt to fix the item as this may affect your entitlement for a refund or exchange. If the item is agreed to be faulty all further costs and arrangements will be covered by us. Once the faulty item has been received we will contact you to discuss whether a refund or replacement will be issued.
